Proyield Whey LE80MX is a Lactalbumin hydrolysate complex, comprised of whey-based nitrogen source material for the cultivation of Lactic Acid Bacteria used in Probiotic formulations for high performance human and animal health products. This peptone is produced by the controlled enzymatic digest of whey and casein. LE80MX does not contain GMO-material. Is used as a component in the preparation of select microbiological culture media formulations. May be used in tissue culture media, fermentation media and media for the cultivation of Lactobacilli, such as Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus plantarum for health supplement manufacturing.
