Comprecel® SMCC is a Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose composed of 98% Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) and 2% colloidal silicon dioxide (CSD). By co-processing technology, the CSD is uniformly distributed on the surface of the MCC particle, this uniformity gives SMCC superior flowability without compromising compactibility.
Comprecel® SMCC is a highly functional ingredient that solves complex formulation problems to simplify your manufacturing process. Especially suited for direct compression, dry granulation and MUS (Multiple-Unit Pellets System) formulations.
